At HOVERAir EU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your aerial camera experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your device in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via the online portal or email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your HOVERAir drone, including all original accessories, batteries, manuals, and packaging materials, to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at a designated courier location; please ensure you obtain a tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
